Frontend

• UI Overhaul: The user interface has been completely revamped, featuring a persistent toolbar and a collapsible sidebar for an optimized viewing experience.
• Consistency: UI components have been refactored and optimized, ensuring a consistent look and feel throughout the entire application across all sections.

Ingestion

• Algorithm Enhancement: We've thoroughly optimized and redesigned the ingestion algorithm.
• Lost Incidents Check: An added ingestion job now scans for missing incidents every 4 hours, covering a 12-hour window.
• Job Optimization: The ingestion-new and ingestion-update jobs have been fine-tuned to have a controlled time window overlap across consecutive runs, enhancing their robustness.

Executive Reports (Preview)

• Customization: Administrators can now edit executive reports.

## Small Fixes

• Resolved an issue in the frontend where date rendering occasionally displayed incorrect dates.
• Standardized all date displays to the current time zone.
