🚀 New Features

• MS Defender Informational Incident Management – Added support for managing informational-level incidents generated by Microsoft Defender. These are now properly ingested, categorized, and made available in the investigation pipeline.

🔧 Improvements

• Customer Communication System – Enhanced the analyst–customer communication workflow. The new "Communications" tab allows both customers and analysts to exchange multiple messages throughout the incident lifecycle, improving collaboration and traceability.

• The section "Activities" in the incident "Case details" is no more accessible by Viewers but only by Analysts.
