This release focus on development of the new incident analyzer and report builder engine in redcarbon.

Small Fixes

• Fix a bug that causes the refresh of the page sometimes during report editing
• OTRS integration now consider the analyst email as OTRS ticket owner
• Fix authentication issue in local ingestion agent api.
