In this release, we introduce a major update to our AI Analyst, delivering enhanced detail, precision, and performance.

Features

• Enhanced Customer Notification: The Notify Customer function now allows users to either select recipients from a predefined list and/or add custom email addresses (To and CC).
• New Webhook for Case Notifications: Added support for a webhook that triggers notifications when the Notify Customer function is used.
• AI Analyst: A new major version of the AI Analyst is now generally activable, providing increased detail, precision, and faster threat analysis.

Bugfixes

• Login Password Validation Message: Fixed an issue where the password field on the login screen was missing certain frontend validation error messages, which could lead to confusion about why a password was not accepted. (edited)
