What's Next
You should see the first cases appearing shortly. You can view and manage cases from two different pages:
Customer Page
The Customer Page shows cases for a specific customer and is designed for customer access. Use this view when you need to focus on a single customer's cases.
MSSP Page
The MSSP Page is designed for multi-customer analysts who need to monitor cases from all their assigned customers in one place. This view allows you to:
- See cases across multiple customers
- Filter and sort by customer, severity, or status
- Manage workload across your customer base
Exploring Cases
Once cases start appearing, you can click on any case to explore its content. Each case contains:
- Alert details from the source integration
- Timeline of events
- Related artifacts and indicators
- Case notes and comments
- Actions and remediation steps
